• Selecting and purchasing products across various Food categories
• Managing contracts and supporting Supply Chain activities
• Identifying new suppliers and proactively developing relationships with existing partners
• Negotiating purchasing and delivery conditions
• Analysing purchasing volumes, sales, margins and KPIs
• Defining the strategy and objectives for your product categories
• Monitoring market developments and Food trends
• Identifying opportunities for new products and innovation
• Organising tastings and quality controls in collaboration with internal teams Beyond strong purchasing expertise, we are looking for a true foodie who is curious about new trends and combines commercial insight with strong analytical skills and genuine product knowledge.
Your profile
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within a Food, Wholesale, Retail and/or FMCG environment.
• You are hands-on, analytical and results-oriented. You enjoy negotiating, are comfortable taking initiative and know how to build strong supplier relationships while keeping business objectives in focus.
