• Identify and support funding and lending opportunities that fuel growth
• Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases that resonate with executive boards and investors
• Assist in M&A transactions, from IM preparation to due diligence
• Maintain and optimize financial structures to support scaling businesses
• Help minimize costs, maximize profitability, and streamline processes
• Build and refine management reporting systems for real-time insights 🎯 Who You Are
• Master’s degree in finance, business economics, or a related field
• +3-5 years of relevant experience (Audit, Controlling, M&A)
• Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools
• Fluent in Dutch (required) and English — any additional languages are a plus
• You’re Belgium-based and have a good understanding of the local business landscape
• You have a hands-on, can-do attitude and excel in fast-paced environments
• A critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and creating value
