BI Analyst

Mission As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Proton Therapy Business Unit, you will help turn business data into meaningful insights that support smarter, faster decision-making. Working across the different departments of the Proton Therapy organization, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and data engineers. You will translate business needs into effective reporting, analytics, and data solutions that create measurable value. Beyond developing reports and dashboards, you will contribute to improving data quality, reporting standards, and BI practices. You will also help business teams make better use of data by promoting self-service analytics and supporting the adoption of reporting solutions across the Proton Therapy Business Unit. What We Value
• A first professional experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Power BI Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and advanced data visualizations.
• A good understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A customer-oriented and service-minded approach.

• Fluency in English. French is considered an asset. And you also are:
• Knowledge of Power BI governance and development practices, including Row-Level Security, access management, and workspace management.
• Experience working with SAP data and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with Grafana.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, Microsoft Copilot, or automation technologies.
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment. Compensation Package The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below: Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: [62,900 – 95,500] The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
