• 帶領及激勵銷售團隊達成銷售目標及 KPI
• 提供專業產品介紹及優質顧客服務，建立長遠客戶關係
• 協助管理店舖日常營運，確保店舖運作流暢
• 負責更表安排、人手調配及團隊管理
• 監察貨品陳列、店舖形象及視覺陳列標準
• 協助培訓及指導團隊成員，提升銷售及服務水平
• 定期檢視銷售表現及庫存狀況，並提出改善建議
• 處理顧客查詢及突發情況，維持卓越顧客體驗
• 協助執行品牌活動、新品發售及市場推廣企劃 入職要求
• 具有相關品牌銷售經驗
• 5年或以上零售經驗及2年或以上店舖管理經驗
• 主動積極、良好溝通能力及顧客服務技巧
• 擅長數據分析﹑能獨立應對挑戰並解決問題
• 具領導才能、責任感及具團隊精神
• 即時上班者可獲優先考慮 工時及福利
