Project Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage complex automation and robotics projects within an international industrial environment. You will take ownership of technically challenging customer projects involving a combination of automation, robotics, mechanical systems and software. From project initiation through implementation and final delivery, you will coordinate the different parties involved and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timing, budget and quality expectations. Your mission You will be responsible for:
• Manage complex industrial automation and robotics projects from initial kick-off through final implementation and acceptance.
• Define project priorities, milestones, deliverables and responsibilities together with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the right resources are available throughout the different project phases.
• Monitor project planning, budget, quality and overall project performance.
• Identify potential technical, operational or contractual risks and take proactive actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage changes in project scope, timing and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide structured reporting on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Ensure smooth project execution across different locations, including international project activities when required. 📍

Experience:
5+ years in Project Management 🗣️ Languages: Dutch & English required

Your profile
• Master's degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience with complex multidisciplinary projects involving equipment, machinery, automation or engineered systems.
• Background in intralogistics, industrial automation, robotics, machinery, rail, energy or aerospace is highly relevant.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
• Autonomous and hands-on personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in an international project environment. Why Join Us?
