We’re Hiring: Part-Time Graphic Designer 📍 Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
At Noir Blanc Creative, we bring precision, high contrast, and refined brand identities from logos to editorial imagery to luxury and lifestyle brands. As our marketing agency expands, we are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a flexible, part-time project basis.
If you thrive in technical design execution and love refining the details that make a brand identity sing, we’d love to collaborate with you.
The Role
You will work closely with our creative team to translate visual concepts into flawless production-ready assets across print and digital media.
Key responsibilities
include:
• Packaging & Dielines: Preparing production files, technical specifications, and artwork layouts for custom packaging, boxes, sleeves (étuis), and labels.
• Editorial & Brand Collateral: Designing, typesetting, and laying out brochures, brand catalogs, and print collateral.
• Brand Execution & Logos: Adapting existing brand assets, expanding logo systems, and applying guidelines consistently across multiple formats.
• Technical InDesign Execution: Building clean, structured, and precise Adobe InDesign master files, mechanicals, and pre-press deliverables. Who You Are
• InDesign Master: Exceptional skills in Adobe InDesign, vector workflows in Illustrator, and pre-press file setup.
• Detail-Obsessed: Strong understanding of technical dielines, typography, grids, margins, and print production specs.
• Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent listening skills and the ability to take feedback and run with it.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a smooth, efficient workflow when working alongside creative directors and strategists.
• Practical & Focused: A true graphic execution designer who takes pride in clean, functional design output. Engagement Details
• Format: Part-Time / Project-Based
• Compensation: Hourly rate + additional project-based bonuses for key deliverables
