Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI solutions for recommendation, search, and other business scenarios within the HarmonyOS service ecosystem.
• Develop LLM-based AI agents, explore AI use cases in HarmonyOS atomic services, payments, and user growth, and build and validate prototypes.
• Evaluate AI application performance, conduct experiments, and iteratively optimize solutions, taking them from proof of concept to production deployment.
• Stay abreast of advances in large language models and AI applications, and identify and implement practical solutions aligned with business needs.
Qualifications:
• An academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in AI application development, LLM applications, or related projects.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages, and familiarity with at least one major deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with common approaches to LLM application development, with hands-on experience in context engineering, AI agent orchestration, and tool calling.
• An understanding of LLM supervised fine-tuning and preference optimization methods, familiarity with the fundamentals of model deployment and inference optimization, and practical experience in model engineering.
• Strong business acumen, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to design and deliver AI solutions that address business needs.
