Key responsibilities
· Support senior presales engineers and account managers through the sales cycle, from qualification through to proposal
· Assist in customer discovery — capture application delivery, availability, performance, and security requirements and document them clearly
· Help build solution proposals and reference architectures spanning Local Traffic Management (LTM), Global Traffic Management (GTM), Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Access Policy Manager (APM) under guidance
· Prepare and maintain BOMs, licensing/subscription quotes, and basic throughput/sizing sheets for the relevant solution tiers
· Set up and support proof-of-concept (PoC) and demo environments (lab and customer), and assist in running demonstrations
· Support tender/RFP responses for load balancing, traffic management, and application security — gathering requirements, drafting technical sections, and tracking deliverables
· Produce technical documentation, configuration guides, and handover material for the team
· Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams on escalations, deal registration, and follow-ups
· Keep CRM/pipeline and PoC records accurate and up to date
· Attend and support events, seminars, and enablement sessions
· Willingness to progressively take ownership of smaller opportunities as skills develop
Requirements:
· Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or a related discipline
· 0–2 years' experience in IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, or a related technical role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
· Exposure to (or strong interest in learning)
· Networking & DNS: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS
· Load balancing (LTM) and global traffic management (GTM)
· Web Application Firewall (WAF)
· SSL VPN & secure access (APM)
· Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), cloud basics, or Microsoft AD is a plus
· Some scripting/automation awareness (PowerShell, Python, or traffic-management scripting) is an advantage
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and quoting
· Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to small audiences
· Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work both independently and within a team
· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Willing to travel locally for customer visits and PoC support
