China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. Responsibilities Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control Responsible for project feasibility analysis and judgment, organize due diligence and write reports to promote the company's decision-making process Prepare management/financial reporting and business analysis Participation in Group consolidation Handle budget planning, taxes & audit, general reporting Overview daily accounting operation, month end closing Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks and reports as requested Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification 5 years of relevant experience in multi-national, listed, sizable organization Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Occasional travel is required Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Accountant
