• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and extra coordination sessions when needed
• Turn objectives into a realistic delivery plan and follow key milestones
• Manage risks, impediments and cross-team dependencies, and escalate when needed
• Coach the Product Owner on backlog quality, prioritization and refinement
• Track capacity, predictability and delivery metrics
• Coordinate testing, releases and operational readiness
• Coach the squad toward self-organization and continuous improvement
• Act as an Agile ambassador within the organization 🧩 Requirements
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant domain
• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with strong experience coaching cross-functional Agile teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Rally
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile software lifecycle management and distributed software development
• Solid project and delivery management

• Understanding of operational readiness, testing, production delivery, automated testing and CI/CD
• Enough technical affinity to follow integration and architecture discussions and judge their impact on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, and the ability to work at every level of a large organization
• Experience with transversal or platform squads that serve several consumers
• Experience with complex application integrations, APIs or document/content management environments
• Experience coordinating delivery across several applications or teams, and with distributed or external delivery partners 🌍 Languages & Location
• Fluent Dutch and/or French (mandatory)
• Good English (mandatory)
