SAP Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring successful SAP transformations for our customers. The Job As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading SAP implementation, migration and optimisation projects from initiation through successful delivery. You act as the central point of coordination between customers and multidisciplinary Expertum teams. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating and aligning multidisciplinary teams, including functional consultants, developers, infrastructure specialists and other stakeholders.
• Facilitating steering committees and project governance meetings, providing clear communication and transparent reporting on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Managing project scope, expectations, risks and issues, proactively identifying challenges and driving solutions.
• Ensuring effective stakeholder management across both customer and internal teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Driving a quality-focused project approach, balancing business objectives with sustainable and pragmatic delivery practices.
• Supporting continuous improvement by applying best practices and project management methodologies throughout project execution.

Your Profile
Must-haves
• Experience as a Project Manager delivering SAP projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, planning and quality.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to effectively manage risks, issues and changing priorities. Nice-to-haves
• Experience delivering SAP implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, PRINCE2, PMI or similar frameworks.
• Good knowledge of French.
