The company values safety, quality, and strong foundations in every project. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role. The Truck Driver will operate ready-mix concrete trucks to transport and deliver concrete to customer job sites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, ensuring proper loading and unloading of concrete, and following designated routes and schedules. The role involves communicating with dispatch and site personnel, adhering to all safety procedures, and complying with DOT and company regulations. The Truck Driver will also maintain cleanliness of the truck, complete required logs and documentation, and assist with basic troubleshooting of vehicle issues as needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess relevant driving credentials, and experience with Truck Driving and truck operation.
• Candidates should possess practical skills related to load handling, including Unloading and safe material delivery practices.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of transportation compliance, including familiarity with DOT Regulations and adherence to safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record cat 8 or 9
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handle basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with dispatch and job site personnel.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and handle materials as required by the role.
• Prior experience driving commercial or construction-related trucks is preferred.
