Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site technical works related to electromechanical infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, renovation, and maintenance of technical equipment, including escalators and electrical control cabinets.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising on site.
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure deadlines and project requirements are met. 🎯
Your Profile
• You have a background in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• You have 7–10 years of experience in site supervision, site coordination, or infrastructure projects.
• You have solid experience supervising technical works and coordinating teams on site.
• You are familiar with electromechanical installations, such as escalators and electrical control cabinets.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring high-quality execution on site. 🚀
