Key responsibilities
• Coordinating the work of the development team and monitoring day-to-day progress.
• Facilitating Agile/PM²-Agile ceremonies: planning, estimation, refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
• Identifying, managing and helping remove impediments to achieve iteration, release and project goals.
• Defining and maintaining quality procedures, plans, controls, metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinating testing campaigns, designing and executing test cases, and managing defects.
• Designing, preparing, monitoring and evolving test automation.
• Preparing test strategies, plans and reports, release-readiness assessments and quality reports.
• Communicating testing risks, strategy and quality status to technical, business and management stakeholders. 🧠 Required Experience
• Practical command of Agile values and principles, Scrum and PM²-Agile.
• Experience leading Planning Poker, iteration planning, grooming/refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
• Testing methodologies, test strategy, coordination of testing campaigns and automation.
• Selenium or Playwright, TestNG, API testing and integration of automation into CI pipelines.
• Preparation of quality plans, control procedures, KPIs, metric reports and release-readiness assessments.
• Ability to understand EU legislation and translate it into test plans and test cases.
• Quality best practices, including references such as ISO 9001 and CMMI.
• Clear communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, users and management. 📚 Education
• Higher education.
• Very good spoken and written English, at least B2.
• One Scrum Master / Team Coordinator certification: PM²-Agile, PSM I (or PSM I and II) or CSM.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
