Job description
As a Corporate Expert, you will act as the bridge between Testachats/Testaankoop and businesses, institutions, or corporate partners. You will take ownership of developing B2G opportunities, building relationships with relevant stakeholders, and turning these relationships into concrete collaborations and business opportunities. Your role is to:
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with companies, public institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Promote Testachats/Testaankoop’s services (e.g., product testing, consumer advice, certification programs) to corporate clients.
• Advocate for consumer rights in B2B contexts, ensuring ethical business practices and transparency.
• Contribute to revenue generation through corporate memberships, sponsorships, or tailored services. Responsibilities Partnership Development
• Take ownership and lead the development of relationships with government bodies and public institutions (B2G), including identifying relevant stakeholders, initiating contacts, and developing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Identify and engage with potential corporate partners (e.g., retailers, manufacturers, service providers).
• Negotiate and manage contracts, sponsorships, or collaborations with businesses.
• Represent Testachats/Testaankoop at industry events, conferences, and B2B meetings. Corporate Services & Solutions
• Design and pitch customized solutions for corporate clients (e.g., product testing, consumer insight reports, training).
• Ensure alignment between corporate needs and Testachats/Testaankoop’s mission (e.g., fair consumer practices).
• Monitor and report on partner satisfaction and service delivery. Advocacy & Compliance
• Advise businesses on consumer protection laws, ethical marketing, and product transparency.
• Collaborate with legal and policy teams to address corporate-related consumer issues.
• Promote Testachats/Testaankoop’s standards (e.g., eco-labels, fair pricing, quality benchmarks). Revenue & Growth
• Contribute to fundraising and revenue streams through corporate memberships, donations, or service fees.
• Track KPIs (e.g., number of partnerships, revenue from corporate services, client retention). Internal Collaboration
• Work primarily with the Business Development (Sales) team to identify opportunities, develop commercial strategies, and support the growth and management of corporate and public-sector partnerships.
• Work closely with marketing, research, and legal teams to develop corporate-facing materials (e.g., reports, presentations).
• Provide insights from corporate partners to shape Testachats/Testaankoop’s strategies. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in: Corporate partnerships, B2B sales, or business development; Advocacy, compliance, or consumer protection (a plus) OR Working with NGOs, public institutions, or membership-based organizations (a plus).
• Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory); English (a strong asset).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, corporate needs, and consumer data.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and deadlines.
• Strong commitment to consumer rights, transparency, and ethical business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data analysis (e.g., Excel).
• Diplomatic and persuasive: Ability to balance corporate interests with consumer advocacy.
• Proactive and autonomous: Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative: Works well in cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, research, marketing). Our offer
