We recently welcomed a new Leadership Team to lead an ambitious chapter of strategic transformation. Our goal is clear: strengthen our organisation today and sustain long-term global growth tomorrow.
Based at our Global Headquarters in Aalter, you will work closely with the Leadership Team and play a key role in translating strategic priorities into action. In this highly visible position, you will help shape our global corporate strategy and operations from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Operational Value Creation plan, ensuring priorities are clear, actions are followed up and critical executive tasks remain on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Leadership Team, supporting effective prioritisation and key strategic and business decisions.
• Own high-level corporate initiatives and strengthen governance, internal processes and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide shareholders with high-level insights, strategic analysis and comprehensive reporting on global operations and business performance.
• Identify strategic opportunities and help resolve systemic issues affecting the effectiveness and performance of our global organisation.
• Bring an independent perspective to executive decisions, including business, financial, operational and organisational risk assessments. YOUR IMPACT ACROSS THE ORGANISATION
• Provide strategic support and leadership oversight for critical corporate projects, transformation programmes and M&A activities.
• Act as a proactive facilitator and thought partner to EXCOM, strengthening decision-making, leadership-team effectiveness and alignment across Regions and Functions.
• Connect Commercial, Finance, Procurement, HR, Quality, IT and Operations around shared priorities and clear execution.
• Serve as a neutral and trusted sounding board for EXCOM members, constructively challenging assumptions and supporting balanced decision-making.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential corporate information with the highest level of integrity, discretion and professionalism. WHAT YOU BRING ✓ A Master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field. ✓ Excellent strategic planning, synthesis and executive reporting skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear insights and actionable recommendations. ✓ At least five years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, executive advisory or senior-level business operations. ✓ A highly organised approach and the ability to prioritise multiple complex assignments in a fast-paced executive environment. ✓ Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex corporate projects or strategic initiatives. ✓ Confidence and maturity in building relationships with senior executives, shareholders and functional leaders. ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch, including at executive and shareholder level. ✓ A versatile, pragmatic and hands-on mindset, supported by uncompromising integrity and discretion. ✓ Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
