The Job Manage and oversee daily operations of a sub-team, providing coaching and professional development to team members. Able to conduct independent assessments for complex projects, either in-house or at client sites. Perform technical reviews of test reports and other documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements Lead technical development initiatives and process improvement projects to support scope expansion and operational excellence Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales stage and proactively follow up potential technical enquiries Work effectively with cross-functional teams and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management The Person Diploma or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the testing and certification industry Sound knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards and associated certification schemes for electrical products Experience with small domestic appliances (SDA), white goods, and beauty or hair care appliances will be considered an advantage Strong team spirit, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Supervisor position The Package Five day work week Double pay Performance bonus Medical benefit Dental plan with discount 14 days annual leave Life insurance Good career prospects Interested parties please forward full resume stating your availability, present and expected salary by clicking "APPLY NOW" Welcome to visit our website www.intertek.com for corporate information Confidentiality assured and all applications will be kept solely for recruitment purpose for not more than 6 months.
