Job Description
Our client, active in the automotive industry and specialized in the development of innovative hybrid transmission systems, is currently looking for an Embedded Validation Engineer to strengthen its validation and testing team. You will join an international R&D environment at the forefront of automotive technology, focused on designing transmission systems that improve performance, energy efficiency, and CO₂ reduction. Your responsibilities Define embedded validation strategies (MIL/SIL/HIL, virtual validation, unit & integration testing) Create and maintain verification plans, specifications, and validation reports Participate in requirement validation across different system levels Coordinate testing activities with software, hardware, suppliers, and validation teams Execute test analysis and reporting of validation results Support planning and follow-up of validation campaigns Translate abstract validation needs into concrete test requests Contribute to issue resolution and ensure project milestones are met Collaborate with multidisciplinary international engineering teams Profile / Requirements Required profile Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Industry Experience in embedded software/hardware validation (ECU, sensors, actuators) Strong understanding of embedded validation methodologies Experience With The Following Tools And Standards ISO 26262 ASPICE UDS / XCP MATLAB / Simulink VECTOR CANape / CANalyzer HIL frameworks Experience in hybrid powertrains or automatic transmissions is a strong advantage Professional level of English (written and spoken) Soft skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Structured, quality-oriented working approach Autonomous, flexible, and results-driven Benefits Attractive salary package, additional legal days off, mobility package (transport or car), DKV, Group Insurance, Meal vouchers, Eco vouchers, Training opportunities.
