Company Description SUPACAZ is a high-performance cycling brand that fuses technology, design, and style across accessories, apparel, tools, shoes, and sports sunglasses for cycling, baseball, and racquet sports. Since its founding in 2012, the company has consistently grown, doubling or tripling sales year over year and leading market trends in cycling. SUPACAZ is a strong fit for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance sports. Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Director role is based in Hong Kong SAR and focuses on brand-building for SUPACAZ’s California sports sunglass line across cycling, baseball, and racquet sports. The Social Media Director will develop and execute social media strategies, calendars, and campaigns tailored to each sport and market. Daily responsibilities include managing all social channels, optimizing content for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data. The role involves briefing and collaborating with creative teams, overseeing content production (photo, video, copy), and ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. The Social Media Director will also coordinate athlete and influencer collaborations, support product launches, and work closely with marketing, sales, and PR stakeholders to drive brand awareness and community growth.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, platform management, and performance analytics.
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with experience in community management, media outreach, and relationship building with athletes, influencers, and partners.
• Proficiency in Content Strategy, including audience insight, channel-specific planning, and alignment of content with broader brand and commercial goals.
• Experience with sports, lifestyle, or performance brands; passion for cycling or related sports is highly beneficial.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), social listening tools, and basic design or video-editing applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Hong Kong SAR or regional markets are an advantage.
