• Brand Strategy: Define and maintain the visual identity, tone, and brand positioning across all existing and new concepts.
• Marketing Campaigns: Lead 360° marketing efforts including digital ads, social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
• New Concept Launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for restaurant openings and major menu launches.
• Commercial Growth: Align marketing strategies with sales goals to boost foot traffic, check averages, and repeat visits.
• Team Leadership: Manage internal marketing staff and external creative, PR, and digital agencies. We're Looking For
• 8+ years of brand marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role within F&B or hospitality.
• Track record of scaling and managing multi-unit restaurant or lifestyle brands.
• Blend of creative brand vision and data-driven commercial acumen (budgeting, ROI tracking).
• STRONG business acumen, logical mindset, and solid communication, project management, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager / Manager.
