Chong Hing Bank Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 1948. The Bank and its subsidiaries (including Chong Hing Securities Limited and Chong Hing Insurance Company Limited) offer comprehensive commercial banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers. These services include HKD and foreign currency deposits, credit, foreign exchange, wealth management, investment, securities, insurance and mandatory provident fund. The Bank currently operates a network of more than 30 branches in Hong Kong as well as 1 branch in Macau, 17 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business. To cope with the Bank's rapid growth, we are now inviting high calibre candidates to join us and develop successful careers with us. Responsibilities Manage IT projects and enhancements to ensure deliverables meet requirements in quality, compliance, risk management, timeliness, and budget. Lead the team in design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT systems. Continuously improve and maintain IT platforms with reliable quality to support Business and Operation Units in achieving their goals. Enhance, maintain, and support production platforms to ensure operational continuity. Communicate with Business Units to collect requirements, recommend effective solutions, and perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Supervise the application team to ensure high-quality development aligned with IT management standards and project schedules. Make system modifications to meet regulatory requirements from authorities such as HKMA. Provide training and coaching to team members to strengthen technical and business knowledge. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 10 years or above of IT experience, with at least 5 years in management, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Proven experience in large-scale project management and system implementation. Strong background in vendor management, from tendering and contract negotiation to post-implementation support. Knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, FPS payment systems is preferred. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A collaborative team player with negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as fluent in Putonghua.
