Responsibilities Kowloon Cricket Club is a premier sports and recreation club in Hong Kong. The Club’s food and beverage outlets serve superior Western, Chinese and Indian cuisines. We now invite applications for the following position:
• Work closely with the Pastry Team and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc
• Work with a small pastry team Requirements
• 1 year or above relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
• Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
