• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and email campaigns
• Prospect and engage potential customers across a broad portfolio of industrial companies
• Identify decision-makers and arrange high-value meetings for the sales team
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Support sales colleagues with customer visit coordination
• Manage CRM activities and customer follow-up
• Attend and represent the company at industrial trade shows and exhibitions. What do we require?
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or other relevant fields
• Fluency in Polish and business proficiency in English
• Driving license
• Living in Belgium or Mechelen or open to relocate to one of these areas
• A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for challenges, business development and achieving goals
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural inclination to contribute to high-value projects.
