Join Expertum Group company Persolis and help shape the future of HR solutions The job As a SAP HCM Consultant, you’ll play a central role in both delivery and presales activities. You will:
• Build a lasting relationship with the client, identify their needs, and challenge them based on the possibilities and constraints of the tool
• Driving workshop to develop specifications clearly and in a structured manner
• Act as the bridge between the customer and the technical developer(s)
• Customizing in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Ensure the proper functioning of developed/configured features before final delivery to the client What we’re looking for
• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP HCM, practical knowledge of Payroll & Time Management.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations: from initial blueprint design through implementation, customization, configuration, and post-go-live support.
• Willingness to keep up with technological and legal developments.
• Good listening skills, empathy, and a desire to contribute to a positive team atmosphere both with colleagues and client contacts
• Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating autonomy
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French What’s in it for you
