Learn more at www.altiacompany.com WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a Senior Operations Engineer with solid experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments and large-scale, cloud/hybrid platforms. You will join an international, cross-functional team in a European institutional environment, leading end-to-end operations—monitoring and incident response, automated deployments (CI/CD, IaC), containerized/cloud platforms, security and compliance, and business continuity/disaster recovery—to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality digital services. Must-haves for this challenge:
• University degree at EQF Level 6 or 7 (Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent).
• Proven large-scale operations: incident resolution, performance/security monitoring, and deployments to pre-prod/prod.
• Automation and orchestration: scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell), CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/Bamboo), and IaC (Ansible/Terraform).
• Cloud, hybrid/multi-cloud environments; containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Middleware and Java enterprise stacks (e.g., Oracle WebLogic/Tomcat) and enterprise deployment practices.
• Relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL): SQL, performance, backup/restore.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic, Dynatrace, Splunk; metrics, logs, traces.
• Security and IAM; patching, compliance, encryption/key management in regulated environments.
• Business continuity and disaster recovery (design, testing, documentation).
• Clear operational documentation (runbooks/playbooks/wikis) and collaboration with DevSecOps teams.
• Professional English (B2/C1).
