Accounting & Consolidation Manager
About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Accounting & Consolidation Manager to join our team. By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting & Consolidation Manager will be responsible for leading the accounting operations within Stellantis e-Transmissions, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of accounting processes, as well as timely and accurate financial reporting to shareholders and external stakeholders. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will contribute to financial strategy and policy while coaching your Accounting & Consolidation team. You will also be responsible for enhancing the maturity of the company’s financial reporting and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Responsibilities Lead and manage a finance team to execute accounting and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with financial accounting standards under IFRS and Belgian GAAP. Develop performance and KPI-based accounting reports to facilitate seamless collaboration with other business functions. Improve accounting processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, while providing strong coaching to develop team members. Serve as the Business Process Owner for accounting processes and related roadmaps, in collaboration with IT. Structure knowledge management and manage SAP key user roles within the team. Oversee audit requirements, address compliance issues, and prepare the annual account sign-off for the board. Qualifications Fluency in English; additional knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. Expertise in IFRS, Belgian GAAP, and SAP. Over 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in a similar role. Strong academic background (minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s) in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience leading audit processes and managing legal entity full sign-off. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and financial integrity performance monitoring. Experience working in a production environment is a plus.
