Schelstraete Delacourt, Executive Search, is looking for a Senior Manager HRBP, Labor Relations & Transformation EMEA
Reporting to the VP HR & Transformation, this role is the lead HR partner for Commercial EMEA and serves as the region's labor relations subject matter expert. Working closely with the VP Commercial EMEA and the Commercial Leadership Team, the role develops and executes people, labor relations, and change strategies that enable business performance, ensure compliance, strengthen organizational capability, and support the successful delivery of regional
and global business priorities.
As a member of the Global Food HR Leadership Team and the EMEA Regional Leadership Team, the role partners with cross-functional leaders across the region to provide strategic HR counsel, labor relations expertise, and on-the-ground support for complex people matters. The role acts as the EMEA conduit between the business, HR Centers of Excellence, Global HR Leadership Team, and transformation program teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and
successful execution of strategic priorities across the region.
In addition, the role leads the people and change agenda for transformation initiatives across EMEA, driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption while connecting regional priorities with the broader Global Food transformation program.
Strategic HR Business Partnership
Build and lead an actionable people strategy for Commercial EMEA aligned to business objectives and enterprise priorities.
Partner with the VP Commercial EMEA and leadership team to provide strategic and operational HR advice on organization effectiveness, talent, performance, succession, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and compensation programs.
Coach and support leaders on key people decisions, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives.
Partner across the HR operating model, including Centers of Excellence and global HR leaders, to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Labor Relations, Compliance & Social Dialogue
Develop and implement labor relations strategies that support business objectives while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
Lead labor relations negotiations, including works councils, trade unions, collective consultations, and establishment of a European Works Council.
Act as the primary advisor on labor relations matters across EMEA, including grievances, disciplinary matters, collective employment issues, and workforce restructuring.
Partner with Legal to manage employment litigation, regulatory compliance, and associated organizational risks.
Build labor relations capability among HR and business leaders to strengthen proactive and constructive employee relations practices.
Transformation & Change Leadership
Act as the primary EMEA HR lead and conduit for the Global Food transformation agenda, translating global priorities into regional plans and execution.
Lead and manage people-related transformation initiatives, including the integration of Clarebout and Simplot and other strategic business priorities, ensuring delivery of intended business outcomes.
Drive organizational change across EMEA by partnering with leaders to assess readiness, manage impacts, implement mitigation strategies, and build sustainable adoption.
Coordinate and align transformation activities across the regional HR team, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to change and execution.
Lead change management capability building across HR and the business, embedding best practices in stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational readiness, and adoption.
Monitor transformation progress, identify risks and barriers, and provide recommendations to accelerate outcomes and improve effectiveness.
Represent EMEA in transformation governance forums, providing regional insights, feedback, and updates on progress, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
Regional HR Leadership
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to leaders and employees based in Belgium and across EMEA where required.
Partner closely with global HR business partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment across functions and geographies.
Build strong relationships across the business and HR community to enhance collaboration and delivery of strategic priorities.
