About FestiTent & LIFFIN
Since 2013, FestiTent has been providing the easiest way to camp at festivals by offering fully set-up, ready-to-use tents. With online booking and a simple check-in process, festivalgoers can start their weekend relaxed and hassle-free. Active at 45 festivals across Europe, FestiTent is the market leader in easy camping.
Following our merger with LIFFIN Events, our product portfolio has expanded significantly, and we are ambitious to further grow our festival network. Together, we aim to continue enhancing convenience and the overall accommodation experience at festivals throughout Europe. To support this growth, we are looking for an Account Manager with festival industry experience to help strengthen and expand our partnerships.
About The Role
You will join the Sales & Marketing team and primarily work from our office in Schelle (Belgium), while also regularly spending time at LIFFIN’s headquarters in Vianen, the Netherlands. After an onboarding period, you will take over an existing portfolio of approximately 20 festival clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to actively identify and develop new festival accounts in the South of the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. As an Account Manager, you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle. Every project starts with you during the commercial phase. You will then remain involved during operational execution, supporting the Project Coordinators from a commercial perspective. During the post-event phase, you will also contribute to invoicing, cost evaluations, and project reviews. Your work follows the rhythm of the festival season. While the winter months are mainly office-based, summer means heading out to the festival fields and being part of the action. Your Responsibilities Managing and developing an existing client portfolio (the “farmer” approach). Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (the “hunter” approach). Contributing to the further development of a strong and diverse product portfolio. Maintaining accurate administration by carefully linking your pricing calculations, quotations, resource planning, project execution, cost analysis, and invoicing. Contributing ideas for new concepts and go-to-market strategies based on market developments and industry trends.
Your Profile
You have a passion for, or experience within, the festival industry. You already have experience in a commercial or sales-related role. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. You have sufficient knowledge of French to comfortably hold a conversation, even if not perfectly. You enjoy organising your work and taking a structured approach to tasks. You possess strong interpersonal skills and commercial insight, enabling you to build lasting relationships with festival partners. You are a team player and understand that our projects often take place outside regular office hours. You have solid computer skills and a natural affinity for digital tools and applications. You preferably live in the region and hold a valid Category B driving licence. Why Join LIFFIN? At LIFFIN-FestiTent, you will have the opportunity to help shape a growing European market. Our guests genuinely appreciate our services, and their enthusiasm fuels our passion. You will join a close-knit organisation of around 20–25 people, characterised by a flat structure and open communication. Your future colleagues see working at LIFFIN as more than just a job, it’s a way of life, and they look forward to welcoming you into the LIFFIN Family.
