• Responsible for the daily operation of financial data websites and financial data products; establish a standardized operational metrics system.
• Responsible for user growth and lifecycle management; build a tiered user service system.
• Responsible for operational management related to trading business and trading instruments; establish a standardized trading operations system.
• Responsible for content ecosystem building; onboard KOLs, analysts, and other creators to the platform.
• Coordinate operations regarding compliance and risk control. What Your'll Need
• Master's degree or above from a 985 university or renowned overseas institution; majors in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 10+ years of operational experience in relevant roles at well-known online brokers, fintech companies, etc., including around 3 years of experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Deep understanding of trading mechanisms, clearing processes, market-making principles, and market data for financial products such as stocks and futures.
• Proficient in at least one of SQL, Python, or R; strong financial data modeling and analytical capabilities.
• High awareness of financial compliance and risk control; strong psychological resilience and stress resistance.
