About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Structured Solutions to build and develop our multi-asset structured products franchise. The role covers the full value chain: generating investment ideas, structuring, pricing, execution, advisory content, technology and partnerships. CIGP runs an open-architecture model. You will deliver independent, competitive solutions to clients, with pricing quality, execution and lifecycle control at the core. What You Will Do: Structuring & Execution
• Design, price and execute structures across equity, rates, FX, credit, commodities and hybrid underlyings for both flow and non-flow activity.
• Structure access to private markets (private equity, private credit, co-investments) through securitization vehicles, AMCs and other wrappers.
• Discretionary Portfolio Management: Partner with the DPM team to deliver investment and hedging solutions for discretionary mandates and design structured product focus investment mandates
• Build a competitive multi-issuer RFQ capability in line with best-execution standards.
• Oversee the full trade lifecycle and the monitoring of live positions. Investment Ideas & Advisory
• Generate investment ideas from market views, Research input, market dislocations, and client portfolio needs.
• Run a regular pipeline of thematic and tactical trade ideas.
• Build portfolio-centric advisory content that positions structured solutions within the client’s overall portfolio. Technology
• Define and shape the structured products capabilities of CIGP’s in-house investment platform, including RFQ workflow, lifecycle automation, portfolio look-through and client reporting. Partnerships
• Build and manage relationships with issuers, execution platforms, technology vendors and content partners. Governance & Leadership
• Originate new products and sponsor them through the firm’s product approval process.
• Contribute product expertise to the suitability framework, working with Compliance on its implementation and monitoring.
• Build and lead the structured solutions team over time. What You Will Bring:
• 7+ years in structured products at an issuer bank, private bank or multi-issuer platform, with experience across both flow and non-flow business
• Strong multi-asset structuring and pricing skills
• A track record of generating investment ideas and advising at portfolio level
• Experience delivering structured solutions to discretionary mandates, including hedging and portfolio overlays
• Ability to build and lead a team
• Experience building or working with an investment platform
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an SFC Licensed Representative for Types 1 and 4 regulated activities
• A degree in finance, engineering, mathematics or a related field
• Fluent English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus Why CIGP:
