Quality Assurance Engineer

About Robic Robic builds custom software for small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed professionals: web apps, AI integrations, automation and connections between the tools they already use. We also train clients in programming and AI. A lot of our development work is done by AI agents, and that's exactly why we need a person who keeps a close eye on quality. The role You make sure what we deliver is right. Part of that is classic testing: going through apps in our dev environment, trying things a real user would try, and reporting what breaks. Our AI agents pick up those reports in Slack and fix most of them, so clear and reproducible reports matter more here than anywhere. The harder part is judging whether AI output makes sense. For one client, our tool turns floor plans, sketches and photos into a 3D interior proposal and a quote. For another, it estimates renovation costs from building plans. You'll check whether a 3D model matches the floor plan, whether a quote is realistic, and what's missing. When something keeps going wrong, you help figure out why, and sometimes that means testing which AI model or approach works better. You'll also talk to clients directly, to understand what they expect and to bring their feedback back to the team. What we're looking for
• Experience in software testing or quality control, or a background where accuracy was your job
• Comfortable reading floor plans or technical drawings; experience in interior design, construction or renovation is a big plus
• You write clear, structured reports that someone else (or an AI agent) can act on without asking questions
• Fluent Dutch and good English
• Curious about AI and not afraid of tools you haven't used before
• Experience testing web apps or APIs is a plus
