About the role
TCS Belgium is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead several technology transformation initiatives for a financial-services customer in Brussels. You'll be responsible for project governance and stakeholder management, and you'll coordinate business, technology, infrastructure, security and vendor teams.
What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and governance for multiple technology projects
• Define and track scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across application development, data, cloud, testing, infrastructure and security
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, and escalate when needed
• Run governance meetings and give senior stakeholders clear status reports
• Work with the customer, internal delivery teams and third-party vendors
• Track project financials, resource utilization and delivery commitments
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and delivery standards What we're looking for
• 8–12+ years of overall experience, including 4–5+ years in project management
• Proven track record managing complex technology or application transformation projects
• Strong background in application development, modernization, cloud migration and/or data initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams
• Good understanding of AWS and Azure, modern application architectures and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Insurance or financial-services experience is preferred Strong plus
• Exposure to AI-driven software development and testing, such as AI-assisted development, test automation, test-case generation and quality engineering tools
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar GenAI-assisted engineering tools Languages
• English is mandatory
• French and/or Dutch is a plus Soft skills
• Strong stakeholder and customer management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive approach to risk and issue management, with sound decision-making
• Strong ownership and delivery mindset
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multicultural, distributed teams 📩 Interested?
