Your journey with us We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our team on Financial projects and to address critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders. You Will Support Our Client In a Wide Range Of Various Projects In The Public Sector Industry From Strategy Definition To Implementation By Engage in quality discussions with C-suite clients, showcasing creativity and industry knowledge. Provide clients with strategic insights and define initiatives and projects in digital finance transformation, performance management, system-integrated solution. Assess company performance through benchmarking with industry peers. Implement improvements and a system-integrated vision of the target operating model. Optimize finance processes in Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, or Closing & Consolidation. Provide support to business development initiatives. Let's Talk About You You obtained a Master degree Minimum 5 years of relevant experience You have a passion in or knowledge of public sector processes and organizations Expertise in finance organization, controlling, business process optimization, operating models or finance tools. Experience in the use of one or more ERP systems is considered a plus. Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders. You are hands-on, client
- and result-oriented, and you have excellent social, communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus. Other languages are considered as a plus.
