Key Responsibilities
• Conduct application testing and performance evaluation of silica matting agents in various coating systems.
• Optimize formulations and application processes to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the R&D and sales teams to drive product development and application improvements. Qualifications
• Background in chemistry, materials science, coatings, or a related field.
• Experience in coatings formulation, application testing, or silica matting agents is preferred.
