MEOGROUP Functional Analyst – Supply Chain / ERP / Logistics Meogroup Belgium is an operational consulting and recruitment firm that specializes in optimizing costs, quality, and lead times across various sectors, including procurement and supply chain management. Context of the mission: Our client is currently implementing a major Supply Chain Transformation Program and is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the Program Manager. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and structured Functional Analyst with a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and ERP environments. The candidate is comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders and is able to translate operational needs into clear, implementable system requirements. The role will focus on analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into functional designs for ERP and logistics systems. The Functional Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, integration specialists, testers, and other analysts to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain solutions. The consultant will contribute to the functional alignment of the different stakeholders and help ensure that the proposed solutions meet both business and operational requirements. Hybrid assignment in the Brussels area Approximately 2 days per week onsite Approximately 3 days per week remote

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Equivalent professional experience may also be considered Required knowledge and

experience:
Preferable Experience facilitating workshops Ability to challenge business requirements and propose improvements Experience working in large and complex transformation programs S trong stakeholder-management skills Business experience Mandatory 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain, ERP, logistics, or a related environment Proven experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including: Procurement Warehousing Inventory management Order management Logistics Experience participating in ERP or logistics system implementation and/or integration projects Experience working at the interface between business teams and IT departments Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable functional specifications Interested?
