We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. Role
responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for customers.
• Understanding customer issues, gathering information and providing solutions.
• Receiving and forwarding customer requests to the relevant planner.
• Working closely with planners and production managers to coordinate solutions.
• Following up on requests and ensuring they are resolved.
• Closing and categorising tickets and supporting payment-related processes where required.
• Making sure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
• Taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish, ensuring each issue is understood, communicated clearly and resolved efficiently. What we’re looking for:
• Fluent Dutch, English is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
