Responsibilities To supervise Engineering staff performing their shift duty and ensure it is in compliance with established guidelines, procedures and schedule Ensure every Work Request received to be followed up in a timely manner Ensure any discovered problem and staff feedbacks are reported to superiors, and also propose solution as appropriate To identify hazards and potential safety concerns and rectify problems promptly To provide training guidance or coaching to Engineering staffs as required Maintain work areas are under a neat, tidy, clean and healthy environment Requirements High diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional certificate Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 1 year at Duty Engineer position Holder of Certificate for Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B or above) Holder of Competence in Safe Working in Confined Space and Safe Use of Mobile Aluminum Tower Certificate will be an advantage Solid experience in overall hotel maintenance work operations and knowledge of emergency work procedures Good team player with positive attitude, strong organizational and leadership skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Benefits 5-day work week Transportation Allowance Free Transportation in Discovery Bay Discretionary Bonus Duty meal Annual Leave Birthday Leave Other Paid Leave (Discretionary Sick Leave, Marriage Leave etc.) Top-up MPF scheme Medical and dental coverage Family & Friends discount Internal and external training opportunities and sponsorship Working
