Job description
Production Manager We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Leading a team of approximately 50 employees through Team Leaders, you will drive operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement across multiple production areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production operations and deliver against production targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and production teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Manage production KPIs, budgets, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize performance. Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and people leadership.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Fluent English, Dutch and French. What You'll Bring Strong leadership, operational excellence, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
