About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support our daily accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries;
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations;
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports;
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents;
• Support audit, tax and other compliance-related work;
• Assist with VCC reconciliation and communicate with banks or payment providers when required;
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the company. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently;
• Experience in VCC reconciliation, foreign currency payments or bank coordination is an advantage, but not essential;
• This role will initially be remote and may transition to on-site work at our Hong Kong office in the future.
