We are seeking a seasoned Senior Management, Group Security & Operational Risk to join our Client's Group Security & Operational Risk team, you will play a critical role in driving operational security excellence across our portfolio of luxury hospitality and business operations worldwide. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a globally recognised organisation. The role is initially offered as a 6-month contract, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements. The Role As a trusted advisor and operational leader, successful candidate is responsible for translate Client’s security strategy into practical and effective security operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Group physical security standards, policies and operational practices across all properties and businesses.
• Provide subject matter expertise in physical security operations, including CCTV, access control, visitor management, security control rooms, alarm systems and other protective measures.
• Lead crisis management and emergency preparedness programs, including planning, exercises, incident response and recovery activities.
• Oversee security planning and operational support for major events, VIP visits, executive protection requirements and other high-profile activities.
• Manage responses to significant security incidents, investigations and travel-related risks, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
• Lead governance and performance management of security service providers and specialist vendors across the Group.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, law enforcement, emergency services, government authorities and industry peers.
• Coach and mentor security professionals across the Group, promoting capability development and consistent application of security standards.
• Provide operational updates, risk assessments and strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Experience
• Professional qualification in Security Management, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice or a related discipline.
• 10 years or above relevant security experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role or global responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in: Physical security operations Crisis management and emergency response Event security and protective operations Investigations and incident management Operational risk management Preferred Background
• Experience within luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, aviation, multinational corporations, government, law enforcement, military, or other complex operational environments.
• Established professional relationships with law enforcement, government security agencies, emergency services or relevant professional associations.
