Junior User Assistant – Drupal Support

We are currently looking for a Junior User Assistant – Drupal Support to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. As a member of the web operations and security team, you will participate in the operation and hosting of websites within IT Platform and other related web solutions based on Drupal.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain procedures related to the deployment of Drupal websites.
• Support developers during deployment operations.
• Deploy security patches for Drupal websites.
• Contribute to the software configuration management of the infrastructure used to host Drupal websites.
• Provide support and follow up on requests from website owners and webmasters.
• Classify and manage incoming tickets and requests.
• Support CI/CD processes for Drupal websites.
• Manage development infrastructure, including application servers provided to developers through Cloud9 on AWS.
• Analyse the performance of Drupal websites.
• Diagnose and investigate website incidents and implement workarounds to restore functionality.
• Participate in release management activities and associated controls.
• Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with users.
• Assist with testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting activities.
• Interact with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and developers.
• Provide onboarding training to new developers on the CI/CD tools included in the Drupal Hosting Service. Technical

skills:
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with JIRA for ticket management, issue tracking and support workflows.
• At least one year of experience with the CI/CD pipeline of the Drupal Hosting Service.
• At least six months of experience with Toolkit.
• Experience with Drupal hosting and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with software configuration management.
• Familiarity with development infrastructure and Cloud9 on AWS.
• Knowledge of Drupal, Confluence, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of website performance analysis, incident diagnosis and release management. Profile:
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Ability to provide technical support to developers, website owners and webmasters.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
