We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional with strong leadership skills, autonomy, and a decisive approach to problem-solving. You will coordinate and support the team while ensuring that the store achieves its commercial and operational goals. Your responsibilities as Store Manager will include: Coordinating and supervising the store team Mentoring and training staff in line with Subdued guidelines Organizing daily staff schedules and activities Monitoring stock levels, merchandising, and replenishment of products Managing priorities and ensuring compliance with administrative and safety procedures Managing cash-handling operations and preparing the necessary reports to monitor store performance Ensuring that the store layout and visual merchandising are aligned with company standards Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets If you know Antwerp well, are a positive and proactive person with a strong sense of responsibility, and are looking to grow professionally within a young and dynamic company, we would love to hear from you. Dutch is a big plus Full-time 38 hours a week availability with flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday At least 6 months of experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in the fashion sector and in a dynamic environment Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills A proactive and solution-oriented approach Preferably living in Antwerp or the surrounding area Employment Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contractLocation: Wiegstraat 15/17, 2000 Antwerpen, BelgiumSalary range: €30,000
