Brussels, Belgium Hybrid: 4-5 days from office. Role Summary
• The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual
• obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.
• Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer’s suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider. Required skills and knowledge: Must have:
• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Should have working experience with customer Contract management team. Must have for contract manager
• knowledge and practical understanding of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2 (Any 1-2 of these)
• hands‑on, operational execution experience – day-to-day experience
• Dutch and French (Fluent)
• Should work from the office 4-5 days
