Job Purpose
This role supports the Corporate and Trust & Foundation Partnership team by executing fundraising campaigns and providing day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across the Corporate and Trust & Foundation Partnership team
• Assist in development and updating of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, eDMs and other promotional collateral for Corporate and Trust & Foundation Partners
• Provide hands-on support for donor engagement events, including pre-event preparation and on-site event logistics
• Process donations and maintain accurate records, gincluding record donation receipt issuance and thank-you letters preparation
• Maintain and update Corporate and Trust & Foundation Donors database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness; support prospect research and database expansion initiatives
• Handle enquiries from Corporate and Trust & Foundation Donors, providing timely and clear communication
• Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings with various stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in related discipline, preferable in marketing, business or communications; or
• Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (5 subjects passes, including English & Chinese) equivalent or above non-degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good team player with mature interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated with sense of responsibility, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua, both written and oral
• Experience in preparing promotional materials, marketing copywriting, and supporting online/offline campaigns is a plus
• Prior experience working with corporates, Trust & Foundation or fundraising sector would be an advantage Fringe Benefits Fringe benefits, including generous annual leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, caring leave, medical and dental benefits (including dependents), Employer MPF voluntary contribution, and a discretionary incentive payment (where applicable), will be offered to the right candidates.
