As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an Implementation Team Lead to lead complex implementations, support our implementation team, and help customers turn UBench’s capabilities into real business value.

What you'll do
...
• Lead end-to-end implementations for complex B2B customers, from planning and configuration to go-live and adoption.
• Act as a senior customer contact, managing expectations, scope, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Guide and coach two Implementation Managers and help establish structured, predictable ways of working.
• Lead change management and senior customer conversations, steering towards scalable, product-aligned solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into effective platform configurations and solutions.

• Proven experience with complex B2B SaaS implementations.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching or guiding implementation or delivery teams.
