Swire Resources Limited is the leading retailers and wholesalers of a number of top-selling sports, lifestyle and outdoors brands of apparel, footwear and accessories products. To cope with the Company's rapid expansion, we invite high caliber personnel to join us. Responsibilities Actively monitor market trends, identify, source, and establish connections with potential new brands to introduce into our stores, thereby enhancing and diversifying our product offerings Be responsible for product planning and buying activities to achieve sales, GP and inventory target of the designated brand(s) Control OTB of designated brand(s) and formulate buying strategy to drive business Well execute sales and stock management process include allocation, replenishment and stock consolidation Closely review and monitor sales performance through creating timely and accurate weekly/ monthly sales report and analysis Prepare weekly and monthly merchandise focus to communicate with inter-departments to achieve monthly target Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline Retail buying background with proven track record in brand sourcing and vendor management of fashion footwear Familiar with and sensitive to Hong Kong retail market trends and consumer preferences Strong business sense, attentive to figures and good analytical skills Fashion lover especially in footwear, able to react to market changes and act fast Proficient in Mandarin, English and Chinese Proficient in Chinese Word Processing and MS Office especially Excel
