The Opportunity This is not a traditional salaried sales position. We are looking for independent, results-driven commercial partners who want to develop their own network and generate construction and renovation projects for Smart Vision Group. You bring the opportunity. Smart Vision Group takes care of the technical and operational side. Our team handles project assessment, quotations, administration, contracts, planning, project coordination and execution. You focus on what you do best: finding opportunities, building relationships and closing business. Your Role As an SVG Freelance Sales Partner, you will:
• Identify new construction and renovation opportunities
• Prospect private and professional clients
• Develop relationships with companies and strategic partners
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Arrange client meetings and site visits
• Identify client requirements and project potential
• Present Smart Vision Group and our services
• Follow up prospects and commercial opportunities
• Support negotiations together with SVG management
• Develop your own professional network
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners Potential clients include:

Compensation This opportunity operates on an attractive commission-based freelance model. Your earning potential grows directly with the value and number of successful projects you generate. Commission conditions are clearly agreed before collaboration and can depend on project type, value and profitability. No artificial earning ceiling — performance creates opportunity. Full commission structure and collaboration conditions are discussed privately with selected candidates. Knowledge of the Belgian construction market is a strong advantage. Languages Dutch and/or French are highly valued. English is an advantage. Multilingual candidates are especially welcome.
