In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern
machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.
Mission:
Your main mission as a Planner is to support the senior teams in the operational management of Production Orders, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to deliver production on time. You focus on executing and learning the basic tasks.
Responsabilities:
• Manage production orders under your responsibility by ensuring planning and scheduling in SAP
• Participate in progress meetings with workshop managers to define priority orders based on machine capacity, component availability, and available workforce, and adapt the schedule if needed
• Seek to optimize the stock levels of finished and semi-finished products
• Collaborate with Central Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Program Management teams
• Plan and organize the management, production, and lead times for the Spare Parts department’s needs
• Participate in Change Request Committees (CLM), follow up on change requests under your responsibility, adjust ongoing production orders, and coordinate and optimize the impacted stock You are also responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard
• Performing rigorous self-checks to guarantee the quality and conformity of the work
• Transferring your skills and knowledge to new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support
• Managing confidential data and situations
• Complying with safety, health, and environmental rules
• Reporting risks and applying procedures to prevent incidents Profile: Education /
Experience:

Education:
You hold a bachelor's degree in management engineering, industrial engineering, economics, or an equivalent field.
• Desired
experience:
• You ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• You have already managed programs with a turnover below 2 million euros Competencies:
• Soft
Skills:
• You are able to analyze basic data and draw relevant conclusions
• You are capable of meeting deadlines
• You demonstrate flexibility in the face of change and can quickly adjust to new situations
• Technical: /
• Languages: You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English.
• IT
skills:
