• Define and execute the overarching vision, strategic direction, and key performance objectives for their designated stream.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of data governance specialists and quality analysts to deliver on stream goals.
• Partner with CoE leadership and senior management to steer company-wide data quality, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Roll out and champion enterprise frameworks covering data standards, policies, modeling, and regulatory compliance across business lines and tribes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues surrounding data protection, compliance, integrity, and quality.
• Engage closely with executive stakeholders across business units to elevate the accuracy, trustworthiness, and business value of core data assets. Profile
• You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage).
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in French, Dutch & English.
