Description/Role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contract Transition Lead to support the Monarch program and the ongoing contractual disentanglement between two companies. The consultant will be responsible for analysing the existing shared contract landscape, identifying transition opportunities, prioritising key agreements, and driving the transfer or establishment of standalone contracts. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with legal and commercial contract expertise and is able to work independently in a complex stakeholder environment. Responsibilities Analyse the existing contract portfolio shared between two companies. Assess contractual structures and identify opportunities for migration to standalone agreements. Prioritise contracts based on business criticality and strategic importance. Define transition strategies and recommendations for contract separation. Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future business needs and contractual requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and external parties regarding contract transfers, renegotiations and new agreements. Support contract drafting and negotiations where required. Deliver a complete contract assessment and prioritisation framework. Initiate and manage the first wave of contract transfers before year-end. Report progress and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of contracts, legal terminology and contractual risk assessment. Proven experience leading complex analysis or transition projects. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and supplier environments. Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent experience. Experience within telecom or utilities is considered a plus but is not required Must Have Skills Contract analysis and interpretation. Contract migration and transition management. Strong analytical thinking. Stakeholder management. Supplier management and negotiations. Project management. Ability to prioritise large volumes of information. Self-starter mentality and strong ownership. Dutch and English communication skills. Nice To Have Skills Legal background or contract law expertise. Experience in procurement or supply chain environments. Experience in telecom, technology or utility sectors. Experience with contract management systems. Commercial negotiation experience. French language skills.
